Therefore, our work is underpinned by theories, models, frameworks, concepts, and approaches from DEI scholars and practitioners.
This is because we believe in humanizing everyone and we know everyone has a unique story of opportunity and grievance.

In our organizational consulting offerings, you have three options to choose from in the Program Assessment and Success Experience. We recognize that Package C is our premier experience because it is about irrefutable project outcomes and authentic leadership transformation.
Common behaviors that have let us know that Package C may not be for you are:
Organizations are understaffed and you are over-extended. You need the project done and you already know your involvement will be minimal to none because you simply do not have the bandwidth.
You have limited interest in doing self-reflection and transformation work through a workplace project.
You have been tasked by your superior to move a politically complex project and for a multitude of reasons, you have a low-interest in doing it, let alone doing it with excellence
You are in survival mode.
There are many skilled consultants who can help you implement your tailor actin plan developed in Package A or B if you decide Package C is not for you.
