Our Project Assessment and Success experience is for the leader seeking an effective consultant to deepen organizational impact whereas the Transformative Learning Journey focuses on the leader seeking deep personal evolution while managing their complex workplace duties well.

Our flagship approach to success is our Project Assessment and Success Experience. To take your projects from design to impact, we offer three unique but interlinking services. We carefully tailor to your context, using examples and integrating activities that will resonate with you and your audiences.

OUR PROCESS
How we set up the work
1. Initial consultation
We start with a connection via email to name your goals and the needs you wish to address. Understanding your unique context is our starting point. Depending on the exchange, we may move to a complimentary 15-minute conversation.
2. Identifying the right offering
If you seek traditional organizational consulting, we will begin the Project Assessment and Success experience launched by a scope of work and/or agreement.
If you seek a personal Transformation Learning Journey, we will provide our schedule of upcoming group-based experiences and/or availability for one-to-one engagement.
3. Offering launch
Upon signing our contract, we will move the Scope of Work into a time-bound implementation plan. Clear goals and outcomes will serve as our guiding light.
4. Offering close out
We will have an explicit meeting to close our experience and contract. Emphasis will be made on reflections and exploring next-step opportunities that make sense.
