Meet our Founder

Cynthia N. Cortez (she/her) | Principal Consultant

I do this work in service for all the professionals who have had to work above and beyond to do their jobs with excellence and realize that to keep up with the demands, we have sacrifice our humanity and sense of joy.

I teach in a love-forward and rigorous way. My end goal is your enlightenment. Your “a-ha!” My purpose is to help leaders who have been spit out by the system re-enter the game to navigate with badassery. 



What differentiates me? How I do things. You will get A LOT of info, perspectives, cultural contexts, and considerations to train your mindset. This will put you in the space to decide what life you will live and what will work best for you.

Regardless if you decide to do this from a workplace or homespace pathway, I build the structure, and you bring the content.
