Our Project Assessent Experience packages are a suite of services that when combined, maximize success.

We understand what it takes to identify a need, design a solution, manage delivery, and interpret results. For our signature experience, we use 5 tools to get us to outcomes:

  1. Project Assessment: To develop a project that acknowledges nuance, we thoroughly map out your organizational context, diagnose your truest problem statement(s) share three high-impact recommendations.

  2. Tailored Action Plans: We develop tailored action plans rooted in your context and your leadership, co-creating strategies that reflect both issues you can and cannot control.

  3. Project Implementation: Upon creation of our Tailored Action Plan, EnlightenSense will lead with behind-the-scenes and audience facing tasks while you champion organizational engagement and uplift progress. 

  4. Reflective One-to-One Check Ins: These unique 1:1 check ins during action plan implementation focuses on YOU, your openness to learn and unlearn, forgive, and embrace meaningful change. 

  5. After Action Insight: Upon closing a project, you will engage in a robust conversation focused on actual vs. planned results, how you experienced the project, lessons learned, and commitments that can sustain progress made.

PACKAGE A

Project Assessment (Standard)

For the vested leader who is clear on all the challenging symptoms at hand but struggling to make sense of the root cause of them.

What is it?

Thorough analysis of your workplace environment to assist in designing, executing, and evaluating your project effectively.

Who is it for?

Typically offered to individuals overseeing a critical project for their consultants or staff, seeking expert guidance to set up the project for the highest probability for success.

What is included?

  • Phone/Zoom consultations

  • Virtual and/or on-site visits for data gathering

  • Analysis of documents and suggested files

  • Up to 2 group stakeholder meetings

  • Context assessment exercises

  • Presentation of reality diagnostics results,

  • Up to three recommended action steps featuring with their respective pros and cons

Time Period

  • Up to 1-2 months

Fees

  • This service is billed hourly. Specific pricing details will be discussed during your complimentary consultation call.

PACKAGE B

Project Assessment (Plus)

Transform your assessment into an implementation strategy.

You get everything in Package A and

  • Tailored Action Plan

What is it?

A synthesis of the Project Assessment and EnlightenSense unique implementation strategy to irrefutable project outcomes. 

Who is it for?

Leaders who recognize that the project is vulnerable to many challenges such as the involvement of stakeholders who share differing values, sometimes in direct opposition to your goals, organizational memory of failed efforts, and workplaces with low trust.

What is included?

  • Everything in Package A and

  • Additional* phone/zoom consultations, virtual and/or on-site visits for data gathering, and group stakeholder meetings (*depends on organizational reality)

  • Tailored Action Plan

  • Recommendations for organizational engagement and support of TAP

Time Period

  • Up to 3 months to 1 year

PACKAGE C

Project Assessment (Full Suite)

For your high-stakes, personal passion project that will transform the trajectory of your career.

You get everything in Package B, and

  • Project Implementation 

  • Reflective Check-Ins

  • After Action Insights

What is it?

The direct implementation of an EnlightenSense created Tailored Action Plan focused on organizational learning and client’s leadership evolution.

Who is it for?

Leaders who are yearning for a re-ignition of their professional identity through a personally important project after a series of life-defining career heartbreaks. Typically recommended for clients seeking a high-touch, long-term engagement (more than 1 year).

What is included?

  • Everything in Package B

  • Additional* phone/zoom consultations, virtual and/or on-site visits for data gathering, and group stakeholder meetings (*depends on organizational reality)

  • One-to-One reflective check in road map (number of sessions will mirror project implementation timeline)

  • Up to two after-action insight structured debrief conversations focused on professional commitments and promises to self.

Time Period

  • 1 year to 2.5 years

  • Cynthia is an exceptional scholar practitioner in the realm of higher education, social justice/Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), program evaluation, and change management.
